Rubbish bags still not removed Trees and hedge work not started

Hello Please can you provide an update on this matter Council ref: ENQ20855451 which was reported back in January and was acknowledged with a response saying it would be looked at over the coming months. Granted COVID and Lockdown has delayed a lot of things but I am still seeing the Biffa vehicles in the area so the rubbish could be removed and other Tree and hedge work has been carried out in the village so if we could get an update that would be good as there are issues, for example, Today I caught a man urinating in the bushes as they are so overgrown he though no one would see him have a pit stop....
