2 noisy manhole covers

Sent to Fareham Borough Council and Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2213175.

Two manhole covers on Shearwater Avenue are rattling every time vehicles drive over them. They are both on the junction between Goldcrest Close and Shearwater Avenue. It's got worse in the last month or so. They were repaired/replaced about 15 years ago when this last happened.
