Ragwort on private land within feet of animal paddocks

Reported in the Japanese knotweed / ragwort category anonymously at 22:33, Wed 22 July 2020

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Mark Waldron at stone barn is allowing ragwort to flourish on his property, plants are very large spreading and in full flower . No attempt is being made to remove or treat the weeds . We have removed and killed the numerous plants that have spread on to the shared drive way but cannot access those on his property. His house is surrounded by farmers fields used to produce hay silage and maize and is within 20 feet of our grazing land with horses. We are regularly having to remove seedlings that are growing in our fields and the farmers field. Mark Waldron is currently under investigation for unlawful development on his land by Lindon Morgan at Nwbc and for noise and light pollution by phil Burgess at Nwbc. We are unable to discuss the problem with him due to long standing disputes that have been on going for many years between Waldron and both his neighbours at spring barn and Heanley farm.
