Shrubs have not been cut back-prickly bramble sticking out

Reported in the Trees (along Public Rights of Way) category anonymously at 21:50, Wednesday 22 July 2020

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Every year the shrubs behind houses in this area neglect to get cut back. It makes it difficult for people to get past, especially on bin day when the bins take up 80% of the remaining path. The prickly bramble that grow has scratched passing pedestrians. Please cut ASAP or consider removing these permanently to avoid the same issue year on year.
