Sent to Stevenage Borough Council less than a minute later

Car has remained in same space for over 4 months. It has been parked badly too. It is showing as untaxed as of end of May 2020 A note someone left on the car has not been taken which makes it appear to have been abandoned

The car is still sitting in the same place and no council signs have been put on it
