Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2211877.

I have had my windo put inearly sunday morning by a man kicking my wheels bin through the window braking the window and smashing glass all over me as I was asleep on the sofa. My autistic son was tramatised and police informed me that they had broken cars and window down two other streets aswell
