Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Warwick School placed piles of manure just next to the public sidewalk with strong odour which everyone walking down Heathcote Lane certainly enjoys.

Updates

This is not a matter for the County Highways Team, it is actually an Air Pollution matter & therefore an issue for the Warwick District Council - Air Pollution Team.
