Weeds, bushes etc growing through the fences of these properties

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2209898.

A number of weeds, bushes that are growing through the fenches of these properties from the alley way thats behind them. It is causing damage to fenches, if there was a fire and we need to escape out the back the alley way wouldnt allow us to that. It all needs cutting back asap.
