Repeated lack of trash collections by nearby Mcd's restaurant

A few mths ago, pre-lockdown, I reported a rat problem on the mall area indicated bc trashcans were not being regularly emptied. Apparently McDonald's nearby was responsible for the latter; the cans were replaced with rat-proof versions, and the rats are gone.

However Mcd's are still not (as promised) exercising responsibility over regular emptying of local trashcans. They were each and all overflowing with Mcd's food containers, strewn by the large parking lot just this afternoon! Please make them take responsibility, lest rats come back.
