Parking on double yellows

Sent to Dudley Borough Council less than a minute later

2 vans, and occasional car, contunually park on the double yellow lines at the end of Magnolia Way (off the A491 Audnam)

The Balck van has been reported numerous times with nothing done, now the white van and smal Blue BMW have also followed suit. It is no one who lives in Magnoia way so must be the adjacent streets.

Can something please be done about this as it is a fatality waiting to happen.
