Illegal caravan encampment

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Havant Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2206870.

Caravan and several vehicles have been illegal camped on grass verge along Martin Road for several weeks now, with no apparent action from police or the council.

Additionally, they are operating a generator with a stockpile of fuel that is an explosion/fire hazard to the public, and an environment issue.
