I live Hopton road with garden back in ton to clovelly way, the is 2 rows of hedging behind out back fencing which is now very very overgrown, it is almost 10ft high. We cut any over hanging branches that grow over in to our garden, but he hight is very very hard to maintain. The gardeners appear to cut the first row but not the second, therefore this is now out of control and putting pressure on the fence it is already weak.Would it be possible it get this cut to a reasonable height.
