Same cars have been parked in parking bays for 2 weeks and not moved . the bays have a time limit of 1 hour , local businesses are being affected . Our customers have nowhere to park when they visit us and have to circle the block and often park 2 blocks away . the cars belong to a car garage on the same street . the owners are rude and do not speak english very well and after many kind requests they ignore their local business neighbours.
