A Daily Occurrence

Reported via iOS in the Flytipping category anonymously at 18:00, Wed 15 July 2020

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2202089.

People are leaving bagged household waste outside the toilets almost on a daily basis, this in turn is being attacked by vermin as you can see by the pictures. A member of our group is clearing the mess up as it seems there isn’t a Veolia member of staff cleaning the streets of Lydd at the moment. This is not acceptable but we as a team can’t let Lydd return to a badly littered town pre Litter Picking Watch days, it’ will be undoing all the hard work our volunteers have done, FHDC shouldn’t rely on us to clean up Lydd we are a supportive roll, also seeing as the council don’t support us with bags
