Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

The drains in the paving outside McDonald's and outside Robert Dyas on the Parade, Leamington, I don't think that they have ever been cleared. They are COMPLETELY blocked with moss. The pavements in these two areas are always full of water when it rains.
