Delivery vehicles turning in to St Mary's Road

Working from home (12 St Mary's Road) has prompted me to log an ongoing problem. Sat navs must send pantechnicons down Sandon Road to turn right onto St Mary's Road to make deliveries e.g. to Thermoscreens/Biddle or the new housing development where NBBC depot used to be. It is often impossible for them to turn, the poor family on the corner (no. 19, I think) have had their brick wall demolished at least twice. My car has been scratched once and other cars have been damaged. I wonder whether it would be appropriate to have a sign at the junction with Central Avenue saying that the road wasn't suitable for HGV's or to contact the companies on St Mary's Road asking them to instruct delivery drivers not to use Sandon Road or maybe there's a way of contacting sat nav companies asking them to update maps. Just some thoughts.
