Overgrown tree and “green” area rubbish
Reported in the Flytipping category anonymously at 13:16, Tue 14 July 2020
Sent to Breckland District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2199893.
This is a green area on the main footpath between two bungalows in Hereford Close. This has been in this state for 27 months now and ALL the residents pay a service charge. If you look at the top of the Close it’s neat and tidy. I am disabled and this is what I look at when I leave my home. The silver birch tree is overhanging in to my garden AGAIN. This tree is also clogging up all the car filters here. It’s not rare. It needs to be cut back very aggressively.

Still getting worse week by week. More items of rubbish have been dumped, Anglian Water have left their cement/concrete leftovers here now too. People have emptied old garden pots in there. The bushes are overgrown and are 6ft plus tall. You’re told to report these issues and nothing happens! Still we’re paying a Service Charge and for what? Complete joke. Disgusting and unacceptable.
