Over grown and over hanging trees on 30,32 and 34 Marsdale drive, I have reported these tree prior however they now need removing as they are too large and most of them overhanging our properties, if we were to go ahead and take off the parts of the tree that are overhanging our properties they would become unstable therefore u need to remove or pollard them pruning will not solve the problem

Over grown and over hanging ( dangerous) trees on 30,32 and 34 Marsdale drive, CV10 7DE ( croft school) I have reported these tree prior however they now need removing as they are too large and most of them are overhanging our properties, if we were to go ahead and take off the parts of the tree that are overhanging our properties they would become unstable therefore u need to remove or pollard them pruning will not solve the problem, they are also causing a problem with the volume of seed drop which is blocking our drains, guttering, making sitting outside impossible, etc. There has been little or infrequent control of these trees and whilst they were small they did not represent a problem, they have been allowed to grow way too big for a boundary as on my property they are only 0.5,0.6 and 1.4m away from my fence as you can imagine that means the vast proportion of the canopy is across onto my( our) side of the boundary If these trees were to blow over they would produce considerable damage to our properties.
