Sent to Warwick District Council less than a minute later

Vehicle has previously been reported as it having no tax or mot whilst parked in residential area. Owner sold property in January 2020 and moved to Sweden and has left vehicle in residence parking area. Not only is it an eyesore, it’s not roadworth and Causing a nuisance to residents. Owners parent live in Percy Road, but refuse to have anything to do with the vehicle
