Weeds/nettles/foliage completely across pavement

Sent to Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2196701.

The pavement by the bridge in Grinstead Lane is now completely covered by overgrown weeds/nettles/foliage. Annual problem but the workers have not been round this year to clear it. I have tried to contact the Parish Council who have one or two workers who attend to things like this but the website is not functioning.

Updates

No work has been carried out as at 10 August 2020 and as far as I am aware the Little Hallingbury Parish Council works team has also not been advised yet.
