Persistent parking on double yellow lines/pavement.

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

On a daily basis vehicles are parked at the junction of Railway Terrace and Clifton Rd.. This causes congestion issues with Buses and large vehicles using the junction to turn and also (as pictured) causes problems for pavement users.
