Double yellow lines

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2195171.

The double yellow lines on black and amber way off North Road have been down for 3 years now and have never been enforced. Over that time we've been practically dismissed by strata homes after at least 30 emails plus Hull City Council dont really want to know, passed from pillow to post. It is nearly impossible for us to get on and off our drive without going up and down the high kerbs and damaging our car when these people park here who are visibly breaking the law. This needs sorting.. i don't think anyone should have to put up with this for this length of time.
