House vibrations when traffic passes

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2192878.

Oxford road was resurfaced last year, to deal with potholes, but this has not addressed the level my house vibrates when traffic passes. I suspect this is mainly cause is buses and good vehicles travelling at the speed limit. I would like to request a reduced speed limit along the Oxford road. I am concerned that the is causing damage to my property, with cracks appearing throughout.

Sunken manhole covers at junction of Edmund road and oxford road. Suspect cause of excessive house vibrations. Please can these be fixed ASAP.
