Misleading sign

Reported via Android in the Road signs category by Cllr. Adrian Claxton at 10:54, Thu 9 July 2020

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

The diversion sign on the B4155 Gaydon/Southam road is incorrect and misleading. (Pic 1) it implies that there is no access to Bishops itchington or Harbury when in fact both are accessible via this route. It also mentions Gaydon which is in the opposite direction! I suspect this sign should have been placed on the Southam side of the road closure. This sign is misleading to vehicles who don't know the area who may have just left the motorway. Pic 2 shows a more appropriate sign on the B4100 link road at Gaydon.
