Potholes and disintegrating tarmac in footpath in Old School Lane, near telephone post
Reported in the Road signs category anonymously at 17:39, Wed 8 July 2020
Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2191855.
Tarmac on pavement outside driveway has been poorly patched several times by energy supply contractors. The patches have disintegrated over recent years and present a danger to residents and visitors to the area and nearby Village Hall. Recently a local lady tripped and fell due to the very uneven surface which prompted this request for resurfacing to minimise risk of other accidents.

In my report at 17.39pm on Wednesday 8 July 2020 I requested the repair of the disintegrated dangerous paving outside the driveway of Whitehill, Old School Lane, CV35 8QS, adjacent to telegraph pole no.14. I notice that subsequently an area of paving some 25 yards further up Old School Lane towards the junction with Hampton Road has been marked in yellow, which suggests this may have been identified for repair. This update is to confirm that the disintegrated paving which is the subject of my concern is not that now marked in yellow and to seek to ensure that the repair of the paving outside the drive at Whitehill will not be overlooked.
