Sunken manhole pretending to be a pothole

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2191299.

Between Terringes Ave and Church Road near the junction of Bellview Road. The manhole is on the eastbound side of the road, it is sunk about two inches so creating a pothole affect, it has been like this for at lease two years. Thank you
