Reported in the Flytipping category anonymously at 15:27, Mon 19 December 2011

Sent to Cherwell District Council 2 minutes later

Local resident has decided to trim overgrown hedge as council contractors fail to do the job.Now looks like fly tipping has taken place but it's only from the nearby hedge. Nearby there is half the footpath overgrown and it is nearly down to single file.

  • I have been informed by CDC that the overgrown hedge is privately owned and not the councils responsibility. Should the council not clear it off the path as that is clearly their responsibility.
