Flooding on roundabout

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 09:23, Wed 8 July 2020

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The west side of the roundabout (along the side of the physical roundabout, and encroaching up to half way across the carriageway) constantly floods when there is significant rain, including today.

I suggest that any drains in the area is checked for blockage, otherwise the road should be resurfaced to ensure that water does not pool in one place.

  • I was told via e-mail: "We have visited this location and the necessary works have been carried out."

It was not - the road is flooded after today's downpour again.
