Dog waste bin required

Reported in the Dog fouling category anonymously at 20:55, Tuesday 7 July 2020

Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Since the renovation of Peep-o-Day lane through to Sutton Courtenay, there has been an increase in dog walkers using this route and hence an increase in dog fouling.

There is an huge absence of dog waste bins along Peep-o-Day Lane or near the sewage works facility, and irresponsible owners are leaving full dog waste bags on the side of the foot way and are even hanging them from tree branches!

Utterly disgusting and a health hazard!

PLEASE would it be possible to install dog waste bins in this location or along Peep-o-Day Lane before it becomes totally spoilt?

  • Shame they can't ban dog walkers and make them use the adjacent footpath. I've been much less charitable since some delightful dog walker left a bagged dog poo in the middle of the cycle path. Turns out they become poo bombs if you don't realise and cycle over them.
