A neighbours van has been leaking oil on the block paving outside my house on and off for 2 years. I have previously reported this issue and also woke to the neighbour about it but nothing has been done about it. There is now an oil slick outside which is being spread all around the street by vehicles driving past and also trailed into the house by myself, my wife and our dog.
