Pothole, looks like subsidence between drain and cobblestones.

There is a pothole of sorts forming at this location which looks like a subsidence of sorts between the drain and the cobblestones. A little further down the road from here is a similar defect that has a painted circle around it so perhaps this issue could be addressed at a similar time to the other one.

In short it looks like the dropoff between the cobblestones to the drain has increased meaning a sharp drop reasonable pull to the steering when a tyre goes over it. It's not likely to catch anyone so by surprise that they veer off the road but it did make me utter some profanity for fear of damaging my suspension when I came across it the hard way this morning.
