Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

No. 140's visitors frequently park on the bend at the end of our close, reducing sight line when trying to enter/exit the close. Also, 2 of their cars are parked opposite the junction, further increasing the above problem, as there is already other vehicles parking near the junction on the other side of the road
