Outside dive shop and next to recently collapsed area on the slope to cafe cars are parking -surely the weight of cars will cause further collapse

Cars parking outside dive shop will be too heavy for area that is collapsing with storm damage--also steps there to beach need repair --poor dive shop owner has to carry heavy dive equipment all the way to steps at other end but has offered to repair steps himself -
