Unstable fence

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Last week, a new fence has been erected at the back of the communal garden for the flats next door to me. The flats block are from number 42, Kestrel Close SG29PB onwards.When the workmen took down the old fence,which was attached to mine, it has left my side of the fence completely unstable as there is no fence post to support it. My wife told the fence workmen of this and they said they would secure it,but they haven't and have now finished the job.

If this is something you can help me with,I would very much appreciate it.
