3 Bags to collect from beside the litter bin outside play area, Station Road, New Romney

All picked once again from the public recreational grounds, Station Road, New Romney that are behind the Football/Cricket/Nursery building. Youths continue to keep on dumping rubbish mainly found in the wooded area and perimeter shrubs. Also too many dog walkers are throwing bagged pooh to add to the problem. Recommend 3 bins are installed to cover this area. A positive plan of action is required to stamp out this continuing anti-social behaviour.
