Stagnant water in underpass

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 12:07, Thu 2 July 2020

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The underpass under Ripon Road running parallel with Canterbury Way has not been swept so the water has now become stagnant and is unable to flow into the drain as the edge is blocked with vegetation and muck. This has been building up for weeks and needs clearing to prevent disease.
