Overhang of trees and hedges causing danger and preventing social distancing

Reported in the Hedges / Trees on road or verge category anonymously at 10:57, Wed 1 July 2020

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Along length of Myton road between Myton Lane and the footpath to St Nics park there is overhang of tree branches causing tall people like myself danger. I have twice been hit in the eye whilst jogging in the dark by these branches. In addition the width of the footpath is severely reduced by the hedge/vegetation overhang meaning that often you are forced into the road. In previous years I know there has been some reasonable cut back, but I don't think it has been done for a couple of years.
