Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Technically not a pothole at the moment , dealing with this issue now will prevent one in the future. Its a dip in the road which holds water when it rains and the road surface is starting to crack and break up when heavy traffic goes over it like buses. At the lights outside Terry Aucotts Butchers Mill Street Bedworth
