Large chippings on road.

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2175125.

Many large chippings on the highway off roselands drive ptn tq4 7rn. after virgin layed pavement after installing underground pipes on the pavement. also chippings lifting in extreme weather causes TARMAC TO SHOW AND MELT.

No action taken by highways. in the end I had to risk my life going out into the road to sweep up.
