The pavement outside 187 roselands TQ4 7RN/drive raised trip hazard not flat. caused by utilites not filling in correctly.

STILL NO ACTION. PAVEMENT IS RIASED STILL AFTER BEING RE cemented. plastic barrier causing an obstruction on a public highway pay STULL HAS NOT BEEN COLLECTED. SINCE JULY?
