Flooded road - repeatedly blocked gully

Stormwater takes many hours to soak away, leaving a wide puddle for pedestrians and vehicles to splash through. The first gully into Blythsford Road has a very restricted outlet, which is quickly reblocked soon after being cleared. The gully needs replacing. Te flooding problem is repeatedly exacerbated by extra debris being storm-washed down off the Baldwin pub car park: That car park has still has no effective drainage, despite floods across the poorest-lit local footway being often reported over many years,
