Transit van leaking oil on road

Sent to Fareham Borough Council and Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2174374.

Large transit van leaking oil on road for weeks, owner is driving it and parking it in different spaces which is causing oil to be in several patches. He does not clear up after him I.e using sand, risk also to dogs/cats being on their paws. He now has a plastic pot underneath but it’s still leaking everywhere and is rude when being asked to clear it up. BD04HZK

    Still an ongoing issue, appears to be getting worse! Photos attached are from today 30th July 2020, running down the road! This van is also used for removals / removing items etc, I don’t feel it’s road or trust worthy.
