Speeding

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2172939.

Cars speeding on the road, nearly 7/10 cars are doing over 35 mph and its a 20mph zone. Everyone uses it as a cut through when the lights on the ring road change to red and speed up the road.
