Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2172441.

The 'nature verge' indicted on the map has been the subject of people sleeping rough within it and breaking up the tree branches - there are no toilet facilities here so this too will be in the verge / trees that is the responsibility of Highways England
