. Overgrown nettles & bushes on path

There is a path that leads along the back of the Nuneaton Academy across to the tarmac drive to Arbury Hall. The vegetation either side is over-gown at several points with nettles & bushes. The council comes down there once a year with a vehicle mower & cuts it back, but it's always at the end of the summer when it's too late. Please can they do it earlier this year as it's impossible to get down there without being stung. Thank you
