Local drug dealer vehicle parking.

Sent to Charnwood Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2171531.

Local drug dealer consistently parks his car outside of parking boundaries which isn’t fair on those that do park legitimately and could cause obstructions/accidents. He is constantly ticketed but never seems to pay them, maybe towing would be a better option?? White BMW SUV & convertible BMW.
