Inadequate signage for reversed one way street

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Castle Lane has changed its one way direction. I walked down it today and 3 cars in quick succession went the wrong way causing other road users to reverse. One of the no entry signs is missing (or stolen) and needs urgent replacement. See picture.
