Cars parking damaging grass verges

Cars and large highway maintainence vehicles park on corner of Duncton and Wolstenbury roads. Causing huge damage the the grass verges. Also making it very difficult to see coming round the corner as highways van is always parked in evening on that corner sometimes in road if another car has also parked on there. A refuse truck hit a residents car the other week as it could not make the turn as this van was blocking it. There used to be bollards stopping parking on verges. Now the whole road is rutted on the verges as constant cars park there all down the road.
