Bin men are not putting 😒 bins back under the shutes and rubbish 😑 is left to pile up underneath the shutes causing a terrible smell in the bin shed we are all elderly in this sheltered housing complex

  • This is fire hazard bin shed is overflowing and smell is disgusting 😑 it has been ongoing for several weeks now needs to be addressed ASAP
