Dog fouling on Playfield Road Playing Fields, Kennington!

Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Fed up with the Playing Fields in Kennington having so much dog mess! My young son was distraught when he picked up his football, having been kicking it around and he ended up with mess all over his hands and Tshirt! Disgusting and dangerous. No excuse as there are bins near by. Please can the fields be monitored and the culprits Fined!
